Optimal Color Temperature:

5000K is a natual daylight color that is easier on the human eye and provides easier terrain recognition.

Copper Core boards transmit heat from LED's 60% more efficiently than Aluminum boards - a technology that allows Baja Designs to be one of the only companies that can safely run high powered LEDs at full power and brightness. Baja Designs CopperCore boards are combined with an aircraft grade, computer designed aluminum heatsink. Next, a thermal gap pad is added to efficiently transfer heat to the heatsink and provide vibration dampening. Lastly, computer controlled thermistors constantly monitor the temperature at the LED to ensure brightness and longevity.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Retail/recreational; covers everything except for crash damage or customer misuse. Industrial/Work environments pay for parts after 4 years.

Engineered, tested, machined, and assembled in-house. Components for assembly are 60%-90% American made depending on product.
