(Tip 1) I used a step drill bit (3/8") to resize and clean up the existing hole while at the same time beveling the hole opening slightly to prevent the plastic cutting into the new rubber during installation. (Tip 2) Using the jaws of a pair of pliers to clamp down and squish the rubber dart tip repeatedly, 15-20 times minimum, in a kneading like fashion helps soften up the rubber dart tip making it pliable enough to easily pull it through with the aid of your favorite "Go" juice. (Tip 3) First, pull one side of the rubber dart tip through the hole completely, then the other side will easily pop through without tearing the dart. Don't try to pull the rubber dart tip straight through, both sides at the same time.
